Payment Options

KTC Travel Group offers you a number of convenient payment options. If you wish to pay in a different currency to that which has been quoted, please contact us for the current exchange rate.

1. New Zealand Internet Banking/Direct Credit/Wire Transfers
   For payments in New Zealand dollars our bank account details are: Kiwibank, 155 The Terrace, Wellington, account number 389-010-0227568-00. Account Name: KTC Travel Group. The Swift code is CITINZ2X. You can use internet banking or make payment at any KiwiBank branch. Please advise by email when payment is made.
2. Australian Internet Banking/Direct Credit/Wire Transfers
   For payments in Australian dollars our bank account details are: Westpac Dubbo Branch - BSB 032-646 Account No 325046 Swift Code WPAC 25 Account Name Kiwi Travel Club Ltd You can use internet banking or make payment at any Westpac Branch. Please advise by email when payment is made.
3. Credit Card
   We accept Visa and Mastercard and for NZ residents, Farmers Card and Q Card (NZ dollars only). Payments are processed in Australian, New Zealand or US dollars, as applicable. A 2% processing fee applies on some transactions. Most people prefer to phone us with the card details but we also have a secure online payment facility. Please do not email your card details.
4. Paying in other currencies
   For deposits and low value payments, credit card is usually the most convenient payment method. For larger payments arrange for your bank to wire transfer the required amount in Australian or New Zealand dollars as applicable. Our account details are above.
