When you join KTC Travel Club, whether you live in NZ, OZ or elsewhere, you get access to a range of group and independent travel options.
MEMBER SERVICES
We aim to provide our member services at the lowest possible cost. We do this by enlisting the assistance and cooperation of members. If you find a better deal let us know - so we can let other club members know. Discounts are generally given at the time of payment. Rebates are credited to the members account when processed by the supplier. Discounts and rebates do not apply to net quoted rates or escorted campervan tours.
FREE MEMBERSHIP
We offer free individual, joint and family membership. All members have access to some of the best-priced travel deals around, as well as discounts on duty free purchases and other services. To become a KTC Travel Club Member, all you need to do is provide us with a few details (please see our privacy policy). All members receive regular e-mails detailing the latest KTC Travel Club specials, as well as information about other travel benefits the club has been able to organise.

Call Centre
We are sure you have all heard the recorded message saying "Your call is important to us" and then they let you hang on the line while they deal with what one assumes are more important callers.
At KTC Travel, no matter where we are, we endeavour to answer your call personally. And yes, we do sometimes personally take calls in the middle of the Australian outback! If for some reason we can't take your call we have backup call centres in both New Zealand and Australia, which operate 24-hours, 7-days. The call centre staff can record information and basic booking requests, but they are not travel specialists. All requests are forwarded electronically for processing by a Club staff member. We will return your call just as soon as we possibly can.
New Zealand KTC Members Travel Insurance
We recommend all travellers have travel insurance. KTC Travel Club provides members with comprehensive travel insurance through AIG and Vero. The cost for travel to Australia and the Pacific Islands starts from just $3.00 per day for an individual or $6.00 per day for a couple or family. The policies include 24-hour professional emergency assistance.

Problem Solving
Most of our services are provided by independent operators and we will do our best to assist should a problem arise. Please remember, however, that we have no direct control over these suppliers and cannot accept responsibility should the provider fail to provide the services to your satisfaction. Should a problem arise we encourage you to take it up with the local manager. Deposits/Confirmations
Some suppliers require a deposit or full payment before confirming a booking. Others require a credit card guarantee. The Travel Club will advise members as to what is required for each booking.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Some suppliers will not give refunds on confirmed bookings. Others will give a refund but may apply an administration fee. KTC Travel Club will do its best to assist, but all bookings are subject to the supplier's refund policy.
